Many organizations face the challenge of managing multiple suppliers including: inconsistent service quality, missed timelines, poor deliverable quality, and budget overruns. As leaders try to lower their operational costs, they must also provide excellent customer service, while continuing to demonstrate business value. This presentation outlines the way Strategic Sourcing can support the end-to-end improvement of service and product outcomes, with a focus on Managed Services. Join us and learn how to successfully drive value from your supplier relationships!

We welcome you to our final Spring 2019 dinner meeting at the Holiday Inn of Rosslyn, 1900 Fort Myer Drive, Arlington VA (near the Rosslyn Metro) on Wednesday May 8th for Dinner, networking, and our CPE sessions!
