Our "official" program on Wednesday January 16th is presented by the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation (PGCEDC). Alicia Moran, Small Business Development Manager for PGCEDC, invites you to join us at UMUC Largo to learn more about Prince George's County and its economic development programs that support small business job creation and business retention, expansion and attraction. You’ll be amazed by the "numbers" and resources available to businesses! We will learn about developments throughout the county, the PGCEDC Innovation Station, and "opportunity zones" within the County. Accountants, lawyers, developers, planners and many other key industries play and important partner role to local businesses. Come learn more.

Please join us at the Largo Academic Center, Wednesday January 16th for a Ledo Pizza buffet, networking, and our CPE sessions!

Our speakers are scheduled for 4 pm and 5:30 pm. Complete schedule presented below. Please join the discussion!
Our Speakers
Joseph D. Grandinetti, Jr., J.D., serves as a consultant on issues related to taxes, information security and technology. He teaches accounting, fraud, tax, and ethics courses at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Professor Grandinetti earned his B.B.A, J.D. and Masters of Law (Taxation) from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Alicia Moran, in her role as Small Business Development Manager, brings a unique perspective to the message and power of our Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation and how it affects stakeholders including accounting and financial professionals, organizations, visitors, and citizens.
