JOB POSTING: Posted 9/8/2021 JDG Associates, Ltd. has been engaged by the Alexandria, VA-based Association for Career and Technical Education® (ACTE) to conduct a search for its CFO position. Founded in 1926, ACTE is the largest national education association dedicated to the advancement of education that prepares youth and adults for careers.
The CFO manages the financial and human resource functions of the association ensuring the accuracy of all financial information and reporting, as well as the production of timely financial statements. In addition, the position serves as a financial resource to the Board of Directors and develops and oversees ACTE’s budgeting process, with direct supervision of finance and accounting staff to which is provided the tools and support necessary to perform in their positions. In addition, the CFO reviews and monitors terms and conditions for all contracts, memorandums of understanding, and agreements. The position also monitors cash receipts and disbursements.
